  • Guest Changes : Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation. charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.
  • Amenity Points : Flexi-pricing is contingent on the group finalizing with a minimum of 5 qualifying staterooms. Rates will be adjusted accordingly if group minimum is not met.
  • Medical or Physical Requirements : The Group Organizer warrants that he and those traveling with him are physically and emotionally fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special accommodation during the voyage is requested to contact Carnival's Special Needs Desk at specialneeds@carnival.com or by calling 305-599-2600 ext 70025, to discuss the details of their special needs.   • Dining Preference : Dinner in the Main Dining room is served in two sittings: Early (6:00 PM) or Late (8:15 PM). Dining assignment is confirmed when names and full deposits are provided. If your preference is not available, you may be waitlisted and an automatic email notification will be sent if clearance occurs. Due to limited number of large table availability, parties greater than 10 guests may need to be accommodated at different tables.
  • Travel Documents : U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also required. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port, a valid passport or other WHTIcompliant document is required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non US citizens must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. For more information, please visit us at
  • Minors Groups : Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and, may not under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Must have a chaperone for every 8 minors. Guests 12 and younger: may travel in separate staterooms. However, minors must either be directly across the hall or next door. Minors may not be assigned to a balcony cabin without a relative/guardian. Guests 13 - 17 years of age: can be booked up to 3 staterooms away from their accompanying adult. Guests 18 - 20 years of age: do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer. Prepaid gratuities and/or damage deposits of $100 USD per minor guest may be required for minor groups of 8 cabins or more.
  • Conduct on board : Carnival is committed to providing fun and memorable vacation experiences in an environment that is family friendly. We are pleased to welcome groups whose activities do not interfere with non-group members enjoyment of the cruise as we are committed to ensuring all our guests have an equally enjoyable time. Limited lounge space is available during select hours for private group events and the ships regular programming and activities will not be displaced to accommodate private group events. Deck space cannot be reserved for any type of group activity. Solicitation of any kind, pre-cruise or onboard, to non-group guests is strictly prohibited. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny and cancel groups who have a history of inappropriate behavior on board regardless of size. In the event of such action, Carnivals cancellation policy will apply and Carnival will not be liable for any costs or losses resulting from cancellation, suspension or denial of booking or suspension or changes to marketing. Carnival is further not responsible for any damages, including consequential damages that may result from the discontinuation of marketing of a cruise, cancellation or cut off of sales of a particular group booking .

  • Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels etc.
  • Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary .
  • Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

  • All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
  • Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
  • The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
  • Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
  • Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
  • Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag and 1 carryon bag per person.
  • The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
  • In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
  • Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
  • Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
  • Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
  • Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
  • Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
  • Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
  • Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
  • There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
  • For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
  • If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
  • All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
  • It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
  • Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
  • Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
  • We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.
  • Please refer to the booking form for detailed cancellation policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
  • All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable.
  • In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
  • Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.

GENERAL DOCUMENTATION AND VISA INFORMATION

  • Cruise guests are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents.
  • Guests of all nationalities should consult with a visa service agency or local embassy/consulate for specific entry requirements, including for passports, visas and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases, for the voyage.

GRATUITY

  • Gratuity on board is not included and must be paid separately.

PASSPORTS / VISAS / TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • All cruise guests are required to carry a passport valid for 6 months after disembarking the ship and necessary visas. Expired passports are not acceptable. Cruise guests are responsible to check with local immigration office and /or respective embassy or consulate to determine all requirements for passports, visas and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases.
  • Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid passport and any necessary visas, and other required documentation. In addition, non-U.S. citizens who have been admitted to the U.S. for permanent residence must carry their Permanente Resident Card (Form i-551), commonly known as a Green Card. Cancellations due to lack of appropriate travel documentation (I.e. visas, passports, etc.) will incur cancellation fees pursuant to paragraph 8 hereof.

Final BORDING TIME POLICY

  • Please be advised that on embarkation day, all guests must be on board the ship no less than two hour from the ship’s scheduled departure time.
  • Guest agrees to board the ship at the embarkation port not less than on two hour before the scheduled departure time. Guest acknowledges that it is the Guest’s responsibility not to miss such final boarding time and the ship’s scheduled departure from the embarkation port.
  • Any and all costs incurred as a result of Guest not boarding the ship on time at the embarkation port shall be borne by the Guest.
  • Guest further agrees, in all ports of call, to return to the ship not less than one hour before the scheduled departure time.
  • Guest also acknowledges that shipboard and shore side clocks may have different times, but it is Guest’s responsibility to return to the ship so as not miss the ship’s departure.
  • Any costs associated with transporting Guest to rejoin the ship including, but not limited to, government fees, visa fees, subsistence, lodging, air fare, launch fare, car hire or agency fees shall be borne by the Guest.

BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.
  2. Under no circumstances will this deposit be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
  3. We earnestly urge you to take necessary insurance to cover the cost, in case of any eventuality.

MANDATORY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only people who have completed both the vaccinations at least 14 days before the travel date will be allow on the tour.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BORDER CLOSURES:

In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, the applicable cancellation rules given by Carnival Cruise Line will be intimidated to all guests and the same will be applicable. Air Tours Holidays LLC has no control over the terms and conditions that will be given by Carnival Cruise at that time.
