Arrive Tokyo, Japan - Welcome to Japan!
Today, begin your beautiful journey of Japan with Airtours Holidays. Arrive at Narita Airport where you will be met by your Tour Manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Then check-in to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.)

Guided City Tour of Tokyo - River Sumida Cruise - Visit the Asakusa Sensoji Temple - Visit Shinjuku Gyoen - Visit Tokyo Tower
After buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided tour of Tokyo. Start with a cruise on River Sumida and enjoy the landscape of Tokyo from the river. Then, visit the 7th Century Buddhist Sensoji Temple in the Asakusa District . Also walk through the Nakamise Shopping Street , which has been in existence since the 17th century, where you can buy local Japanese souvenirs. Enjoy local lunch. Visit Shinjuku Gyoen , that has been around since the Edo Period (1603-1868) as a feudal lord's Tokyo residence. Later it was converted into a botanical garden and in 1949 it was dedicated to the citizens of Japan as a public park. Later, visit Tokyo Tower , that was constructed in 1958, and is an enduring icon of Japan, to get a bird's eye view of Tokyo from the Main Observation Deck at 150 metres.

Tokyo - Hakone Ropeway - Lake Ashi Cruise - Mount Fuji - Tokyo
After buffet breakfast, drive to Hakone and take the Hakone Scenic Ropeway . Thereafter, embark on a cruise on tranquil Lake Ashi . Enjoy local lunch. Later, drive to experience the majestic Mt Fuji, Japan's most famous symbol! Take in the amazing view of the valley below from Mt Fuji 3rd/4th/5th Station (weather conditions permitting). Return to Tokyo.

Tokyo - Train to Kanazawa - Samurai House - Kenrokuen Garden
After buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Tokyo station to embark on a thrilling train ride on the super-express train for Kanazawa (please prepare 01 small bag for 02 overnights, 01 big bag will be transferred to Osaka), a delightful, small town nestled in the majestic Japanese Alps. Over the next few days you will travel back in time as you explore rural Japan where traditional architecture, ancient culture and fascinating customs have been proudly preserved. Enjoy local lunch. Head to Nomura Samurai House , a historic home with landscaped inner gardens and pond in Nagamachi. You can walk through the different levels of the house to see the living quarters and gardens that are well-preserved even to this day. Proceed to the beautiful Kenrokuen Garden , one of the most fascinating gardens in Japan and marvel at the waterfalls, ponds and charming tea-houses.

Overnight in Kanazawa (B,LL,D)
Kanazawa - Visit Gokayama and Shirakawa-go - On to Osaka
After buffet breakfast, check out and enjoy a scenic drive through the picturesque valley to the village of Gokayama , a UNESCO World Heritage site and enjoy a demonstration of traditional Japanese paper making techniques, where you will make your very own postcard. Then head to village of Shirakawa-go , another UNESCO World Heritage site where you will discover fascinating architecture of old steep thatched-roof Gassho houses that have been around since the 11th century. This unique architectural style, harmonized into the magnificent mountain landscape was developed to help the inhabitants to survive the extremely harsh winter. Walk around the village to experience daily life in this remote area. Enjoy local lunch. Thereafter, drive to Nagoya Station. Board the Bullet train to Shin-Osaka Station.

Kiyomizu Temple - Arashiyama Bamboo Grove - Golden Pavilion - Nijo Castle - Osaka
After buffet breakfast, drive to Kyoto and visit the Kiyomizu-dera temple complex, a Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. Later, head to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of Kyoto’s top sights. Standing amidst these soaring stalks of bamboo is like being in another world. Enjoy local lunch. Later drive to Golden Pavilion to see the Kinkakuji Temple. Then visit Nijo Castle. Return to Osaka.

Osaka - Train to Hiroshima - Miyajima Island - Hiroshima Peace Museum - Osaka
After buffet breakfast, transfer to Hiroshima by bullet train. Drive to Miyajima Ferry Pier to embark on a short ferry ride which will bring you to Miyajima Island . See the floating Torii Gates – the second most photographed monument in Japan and see the Itsukushima Jinja Shrine . Take the ferry back to the mainland. Enjoy local lunch. Drive to Hiroshima - the city where time stood still when it was devastated during World War II by the Atom bomb. See the Cenotaph which is a tribute to all those people who died due to the bombing. See the Atom Bomb Dome – the only building that remained after the bombing which has now become the symbol of Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Museum . Later transfer to Osaka by bullet train.

Osaka - Nara - Deer Park - Todaiji Temple - Umeda Sky Tower, Osaka
After buffet breakfast proceed to Nara, the first capital of Japan, dating back to the 8th century. Visit the Nara Deer Park which is home to nearly 1200 deer. The deer are designated as a national treasure and have become a symbol of the city. Also visit the Todaiji Temple which has the largest bronze statue of Buddha in Japan, also called the Great Daibutsu. Enjoy local lunch. Later, visit Umeda Sky Tower , one of the Osaka's most recognizable landmarks. It consists of two 40-story towers that connect at their two uppermost levels with bridges and an escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the center. Enjoy a bird's eye view of Osaka from the observation deck. Later free time for shopping in the vibrant and bustling Dotonbori Area.

- Cost of deviation :In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer : In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
- All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It’s very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All services such as Airline seats/Hotels accommodation/ground transportation for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges:

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour..
CANCELLATION DUE TO BORDER CLOSURES:
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
