Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Welcome to Rome – Orientation Tour
Arrive at Rome airport where you will be met by your tour manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Proceed to hotel and check -in (standard check-in 3:00 PM). Later embark on an orientation tour of Rome and see some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Day 02: Rome - Guided City Tour - Visit Vatican City - On to Pisa
After a buffet breakfast, check out and embark on a guided city tour. See the Trevi Fountain, the Roman Forum. Photo-stop at the Roman Colosseum see the Victor Emmanuel Monument, Circus Maximus, ancient temples and many more sights. After a local lunch proceed to Vatican City. Visit St Peter's Basilica (No sleeveless outfits, shorts, skirts). Later continue your Journey towards Pisa.
Day 03: Pisa - Leaning Tower of Pisa - On to Florence - Guided City Tour - On to Padova
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later proceed to Florence and embark on a guided city tour of Florence. See the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore - The Florence Duomo. See the 'Gates of Paradise' - the east doors of the Baptistery, the Campanile, the open-air sculpture museum in Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio - a medieval bridge over the River Arno and many more sights. Enjoy a local lunch. Thereafter, transfer to Padova.
Day 04: Onto Venice -Orientation Tour of Venice - On to Innsbruck
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Venice. Board your private boat to the main square of the city - Piazza San Marco (St Mark’s Square). See the Bridge of Sighs, the Doge’s Palace, Campanile and many more sights. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Innsbruck and experience the charm of Innsbruck as you see some intriguing sights on the walking tour like the Golden Roof and St Anne’s Column on Maria-Theresien Strasse, and enjoy spectacular views of the Alps.
Day 05: Innsbruck – Visit Swarovski Crystal Museum - Onto Vaduz - On to Zürich
After a buffet breakfast, check out and visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum. Enjoy a local lunch and drive to Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein. Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour of Vaduz by Mini Train. Later drive to Zürich.
Day 06: Excursion to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe - Visit Interlaken
After a buffet breakfast, visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe. Sit back in your coach as we proceed to the beautiful town of Grindelwald. You will be amazed at the scenic splendour that you see from aboard the ‘cogwheel’ train, that takes you to a height of 3,454 metres to reach Jungfraujoch. Enjoy a Champagne lunch. Later, visit Interlaken, a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. Thereafter, drive back to your hotel.
Day 07: Visit Mt Titlis - Ride the Rotair - Orientation Tour of Lucerne
After a buffet breakfast, visit Mt. Titlis. Enjoy a cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. Marvel at the sights from the world’s first revolving cable-car ride, a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Remain spellbound as you ascend the snowclad mountains. Experience the snow and ice on top of Mt. Titlis. At 3,020 metres a breathtaking panorama unfolds. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed to scenic Lucerne for an orientation tour. Visit the Lion Monument and see the Kapellbrücke (wooden bridge). Return to your hotel.
Day 08: Zürich – Rhine Falls - Onto Heidelberg
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Schaffhausen to see one of Europe’s natural wonders – the spectacular Rhine Falls. Later drive to Titisee. Experience the world of Cuckoo Clocks during an interesting demonstration. Enjoy a local lunch. Proceed to Heidelberg situated on the banks of River Neckar. Visit the Altstadt (old town) and see the Ruins of Heidelberg Castle from the Altstadt. Thereafter transfer to Mannheim.
Day 09: Mannheim - St Goar -Rhine Cruise to Boppard - Onto Cologne - Brussels
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to St Goar to enjoy a cruise of the River Rhine from St Goar to Boppard. Thereafter drive to Cologne and enjoy a local lunch. Visit the Cologne Cathedral. Later drive to Brussels - visit the Grand-Place, the Manneken Pis statue and a photo-stop at the Atomium.
Day 10: Antwerp -Visit Madurodam - Enjoy a canal cruise in Amsterdam - Visit a wooden shoe factory and a cheese farm - Visit Dam Square
After a buffet breakfast, visit Madurodam- Holland in miniature. It is home to a range of 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks, historical cities and large developments. Later proceed to Amsterdam. After a local lunch proceed on a Canal Cruise. Visit a wooden shoe factory and see how clogs are made. Later visit a cheese farm and see the making of the famous Dutch cheese. Enjoy free time in Dam Square.
Day 11: Antwerp – Onto Paris - Visit the 2nd level Eiffel tower - River Seine Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Paris. Upon arrival enjoy a local lunch. Later proceed to the Eiffel Tower - visit Level 2, an unparalleled experience. For over 130 years, the Eiffel Tower has been a distinctive symbol of the city of Paris. Later enjoy a cruise on the River Seine. Thereafter check in to the hotel.
Day 12: Paris Guided City Tour - Visit the Versailles Palace & Gardens
After a buffet breakfast proceed on a guided city tour and see the Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Les Invalides, Champs-Élysées and many more. After a local lunch drive to the Versailles Palace and enjoy a guided tour, also stroll through the Gardens of Versailles which are renowned for awe inspiring landscaping. Drive back to Paris.
Day 13: Paris - Eurostar to London - Visit Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum
After a buffet breakfast check-out and drive to the Gare Du Nord station to board the Eurostar to St Pancras Station- London. Upon arrival enjoy lunch. Later visit the Madam Tussaud's Wax Museum. Thereafter drive to the hotel and check in. Tonight enjoy an Indian dinner later check-in to your hotel.
Day 14: London - Guided City Tour – Visit the London Eye
After a buffet breakfast, check out and embark on a guided city tour and see the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, the River Thames and more. After a local lunch proceed to ride the world’s largest observation wheel -The London Eye to get the best ever view of the English Capital that takes you 450 ft, above the River Thames.
Day 15: Farewell!
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your European Miracles tour.

- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of accommodation & entrances for the revised dates. Kindly also note, the deviation request should be made at the time of booking the tour.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to all tour group members while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, food and beverages that are not part of the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise to shore excursions and any type of beverages during the cruise etc.

Visa Requirements
USA & Canadian passport holders: UK: ETA required
USA & Canadian passport holders: EU / Schengen Countries: EES (Entry Exit System) & ETIAS ( European Travel Information and Authorization System) for EU/Schengen Countries will be implemented from January 2026. US and Canadian passport holders are required to register for the same before travel.
Indian Passport with Green Card - UK: Tourist Visa Required

Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.
- Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed Cancellation Policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
