ITINERARY
Arrive Baku, Azerbaijan
Arrive Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Upon arrival at the airport meet your Tour Manager at the meeting area after clearing immigration and customs. Visit Shirvanshah Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, proceed on a guided city tour of Baku. See the Old town, which has high defence walls surrounding it. See Qız Qalası (the Maiden Tower), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of Baku city. Thereafter, see the Fountain Square, National Flag Square, TV Tower and many more sights of the city
Tonight enjoy an Indian dinner

Baku – Gobustan National Park – Baku
After a buffet breakfast, visit Gobustan National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for the ancient carvings, cave paintings, and traces of human settlements dating back to the last Ice Age. Upon arrival, see Mud volcanoes. Later return to Baku. Enjoy a local lunch. Upon arrival, a photo-stop at Heydar Aliyev Centre - an architectural landmark symbolising modern Azerbaijan. Thereafter visit the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. See the Highland Park, and the Flame Towers – a trio of skyscrapers in Baku. Later this evening stroll through Nizami Street followed by a boat ride at Baku’s 'Little Venice'.

Baku – Gabala - Tufandağ – Baku
After a buffet breakfast, proceed to Gabala - a region with rich and ancient history. En-route visit the Juma Mosque in Shamakhi .On reaching Gabala, enjoy a cable car ride to Tufandağ Mountain - the third highest mountain in Azerbaijan at a height of 13,750 feet. Enjoy a local lunch. Later return to Baku. En-route take a photo-stop at Lake Nohur.

Baku – Yanar Dag – Baku - Flight to Tbilisi
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and visit Yanar Dag - popularly known as Burning Mountain - which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula. Further we visit Atashgah - an ancient Zoroastrian Fire Temple. Enjoy a local lunch. Later visit Gala Archaeology and Ethnography Open-Air Museum, a well-known historical museum. Transfer to Baku airport for your flight to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. On arrival, transfer to hotel.

Tbilisi - City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Tbilisi. Visit the Metekhi Church and the monument of King Vakhtang I Gorgasali, the founder of Tbilisi. Enjoy a local lunch. Later explore Tbilisi’s landmarks such as the Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, the Great Synagogue, Peace Bridge, Marionette Theatre amongst others. Thereafter ride the cable car from Rike Park to Narikala Fortress and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Stroll through the sulphur baths district admiring the ancient structures with colorful mosaics and brick domes. In the evening, enjoy a Georgian Folklore Show with a traditional meal.
Overnight in Tbilisi (B,LL,LD)
Tbilisi – Telavi – Tsinandali Museum – Sighnaghi – Tbilisi
After a buffet breakfast, proceed to Kakheti, the cradle of Georgian wine. Drive through the Gombori Pass. Take a short walk through the charming streets of old Telavi and a photo-stop at the monument to King Erekle II. Later, visit Tsinandali Museum, the erstwhile residence of the dukes of Georgia. Enjoy a local lunch. Proceed to Sighnaghi - the city of love - and the Royal Town, an important stop along the ancient Great Silk Road. The surrounding area is dotted with numerous towers. Later, return to Tbilisi. En-route a photo-stop at Bodbe Monastery. Legend states that the relics of St. Nino, the 4th-century nun who introduced Christianity to Georgia, are interred in the Monastery.

Tbilisi – Ananuri – Stepantsminda – Gergeti Trinity Church - Tbilisi
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Stepantsminda. En-route visit the Ananuri Fortress Complex, the former residence of the Argveti Dukes. The complex features churches, stone houses and towers overlooking the Zhinvali Water Reservoir. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Stepantsminda, earlier known as Kazbegi. The town was named after the renowned author, Alexander Kasbeg, who belonged to this region. On arrival, drive to Gergeti Trinity Church located at an altitude of 2170 metres on 4x4 off-road vehicles. Return to Tbilisi.

Tbilisi – Georgia-Armenia Border Crossing – Haghpat Monastery– Lake Sevan – Sevanavank – Yerevan
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and transfer to 'Sadakhlo-Bagratashen', the Georgian-Armenian border crossing. On the Armenian side of the border, start the journey to the land of ancient traditions and some of the oldest standing structures in the world, including churches and monasteries. Enjoy a local lunch. Drive to the Lori Region and visit the 10th-century Haghpat Monastery - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Drive through Dilijan to Lake Sevan - The ‘Jewel of Armenia' covers 10% of the nation’s territory. Later Visit Sevanavank to see the remnants of the monastery that includes two medieval churches – Surb Arakelots and Surb Karapet standing among numerous ‘khachkars’ - Armenian memorial cross-stones.

Yerevan – Garni – Geghard – Yerevan
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a day excursion to Garni. The Garni fortress is notable for the 1st century pagan temple - the only one in Armenia to have survived to this day. Later proceed to Geghard - known for the Monastery cut into the mountain rocks. The beautiful landscape of Geghard is framed by towering cliffs. Enjoy a local lunch. Return to Yerevan and proceed on an guided tour. Visit the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, one of the main symbols of the city. The monument offers breathtaking views of the Opera House, Mount Ararat, Republic Square and Abovyan Street amongst others. Visit Gumi Shukha, an indoor market known for local handicrafts.

Yerevan - Noravank - Areni Bird Cave winery -Yerevan
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Noravank monastery located in Vayots Dzor province. The Noravank complex built in the 13th century is a magnificent architectural and artistic creation. Later visit the Areni Caves. A wine press found in caves dates back 6100 years! That proves that wine-making existed in this region over 6000 years ago. Areni Cave is now recognized as the oldest winery in the world.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED:
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visas by the authorities has to be sorted by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
- All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BORDER CLOSURES:
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
