Welcome to London – capital of England. Visit London Eye.
Today, begin your beautiful journey of Europe. Arrive at London airport where you will be met by your tour manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Then check-in to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.) Later, ride the world’s largest observation wheel - The London Eye. Proceed to get the best ever view of the English capital as you get on board the London Eye that takes you 450 ft. above the River Thames.

London - Guided City Tour - Visit Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. Ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland.
After a buffet breakfast, check out and leave for a guided city tour with an English speaking local guide. You will experience the highlights of London’s landmarks: the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, the River Thames and more. This afternoon enjoy a local lunch. Later, visit the world-renowned Madame Tussaud’s wax museum which houses a unique collection of the world’s largest wax works of famous personalities. Next we drive to Harwich port to board the Stena Line ferry to the Netherlands. Enjoy an Indian dinner on board the ferry. Later free time to enjoy the cruise.

Amsterdam - the capital of the Netherlands - Visit Dam Square - Onto Brussels - the capital of Belgium
After a buffet breakfast on board, disembark the ferry. Drive to Amsterdam. On arrival, enjoy a canal cruise. Free time in Dam Square, later visit a cheese farm and wooden shoe factory. You also have a chance to savour some cheese. Then, a photo-stop at a traditional windmill. Enjoy an Indian lunch. Next proceed to Brussels to visit the world renowned Grand-Place and the popular Manneken Pis statue. See the Atomium.

Brussels – Onto Cologne – River Rhine Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to the city of Cologne. Visit the breathtaking Cologne Cathedral, a masterpiece that took over six hundred years to build. Enjoy a local lunch, Thereafter, enjoy a cruise down the River Rhine from Boppard to St Goar. Sail past beautiful vineyards and fairytale castles and experience the bliss of this cruise. Enjoy an Indian dinner and check into your hotel.

Heidelberg – Black Forest – Rhine Falls – Onto Zurich
After a buffet breakfast, check out and explore the beautiful city of Heidelberg - situated on the banks of River Neckar. Visit the Altstadt (old town) and continue on an orientation tour of this historic city. See the mighty ruins of Heidelberg castle from the Altstadt. Enjoy a local lunch. Next experience a natural wonder as you drive through the mystical Black Forest, synonymous with the Black Forest Cake and home to the Cuckoo Clocks. Experience the world of Cuckoo Clocks during an interesting demonstration. Later drive to Schaffhausen to see one of Europe’s natural wonders – the spectacular Rhine Falls. Later, drive onwards to Zurich.

Excursion to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe - Visit Interlaken
After a buffet breakfast, get ready for an adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, for a memorable encounter with snow and ice – a genuine ‘high point’ of your tour! Sit back in your coach as we proceed to the beautiful town of Grindelwald, where the excitement continues. You will be amazed at the scenic splendour that you see from aboard the ‘cogwheel’ train, which takes you to a height of 3,454 metres to reach Jungfraujoch! This is a trip to another world – a wonderful world of eternal ice and snow. Experience the magic of the mountains and visit the Ice Palace on top of the longest glacier in the Alps & also the Sphinx. Today enjoy a Champagne lunch. Later, we visit Interlaken, a charming city nestled between two lakes and surrounded by the splendid Bernese Oberland Mountains. Thereafter, drive back to your hotel.

Marvel at the display and buy souvenirs for your dear ones. Enjoy a local lunch in Wattens. Later drive to the Tyrolean Capital – Innsbruck and experience the charm of this city as you see some intriguing sights like the Golden Roof and St Anne’s Column on Maria-Theresien Strasse, from where you get spectacular views of the Alps.

Onto Venice - Queen of the Adriatic - Guided city tour - Onto Padova
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to the romantic city of Venice, crossed by canals and beautiful monuments. Board your boat to the traditional centre of the city - Piazza San Marco. Enjoy an Indian lunch. This city of about 118 islands in the Venetian Lagoon is sure to leave you mystified. Visit St Mark’s Square, see the Bridge of Sighs, the Doge’s Palace, Campanile and many more sights. Later, drive to Padova.

Padova - Florence - Guided city tour - Onto Rome
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to the city of Florence. Meet your local guide for a tour of this beautiful Renaissance city. See the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore - The Florence Duomo. See the 'Gates of Paradise' - the east doors of the Baptistery, the Campanile and marvel at the open air sculpture museum in Piazza della Signoria and many more sights. Rome - Visit the Vatican City - Guided tour of the Eternal City - Onto Pisa
After a buffet breakfast, check out and meet your local guide for a guided tour of Vatican City and the Eternal City of Rome. Visit the St Peter's Basilica - home to the Pope and the seat of the Roman Catholic Church. Be amazed by its artistic and architectural grandeur. (No sleeveless outfits, shorts, skirts). Meet your guide for a tour of Rome. See the Trevi Fountain - a fountain of majestic beauty, the Roman Forum - where the ancient Roman civilization developed and take a photo-stop at the opulent Colosseum. Then, visit Level 2 of the Eiffel Tower - an unparalleled experience. For over 130 years, the Eiffel Tower has been a distinctive symbol of the city of Paris, and by extension, of France. - Cost of deviation : In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer : In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It’s very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries.
- Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast.
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
- All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours
- Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour.
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
