DAY 01
Welcome to Copenhagen – the Danish Capital! – Visit the Tivoli Gardens
Arrive at Copenhagen International Airport where you will be met by your tour manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs, and transferred to your hotel for checking-in. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.) Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Later, visit the famous Tivoli Gardens – a world-class amusement park in the centre of Copenhagen. The Tivoli Gardens is a must see in Copenhagen which has fun for all ages with great rides, activities, shops and much more.

DAY 02 Copenhagen – Guided city tour – Visit the Christiansborg Palace – Experience a Canal Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided city tour with a local English speaking guide. Visit the Christiansborg Palace – the most important building in Denmark. The Christiansborg Palace is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister’s Office and the Danish Supreme Court. Also, see the City Hall, the Amalienborg Palace – the winter home of the Danish royal family, the Stock Exchange, many more sights. After local lunch, visit the Gefion Fountain – the largest monument in Copenhagen which is also used as a wishing well and the Little Mermaid – an icon and major tourist attraction of Copenhagen. Later, enjoy a canal cruise and see the interesting sights and attractions in the city – a great way to experience the city. The canal tour sails through the harbour and idyllic canals and passes by Copenhagen’s beautiful churches, castles, old listed houses, new buildings and all other sights of interest.

DAY 03 Copenhagen – Fly to Bergen – Bergen – Guided City Tour – Ride the Funicular to Mt. Floyen
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Bergen. On arrival, enjoy local lunch, and then proceed on a guided city tour with a local English speaking guide. Bergen is an international city with small-town charm and atmosphere, surrounded by seven rounded, lush mountains. The Hanseatic wharf Bryggen with its pastel-color wooden houses, winding cobblestone streets and Old Bergen are just a few of many attractions that make Bergen a real place of enchantment. Ride the funicular to Mt. Floyen for great views of the city. Evening is at leisure to explore the city on your own or visit the flea markets for some bargain shopping.

DAY 04 Bergen – Norway in a nutshell – The ultimate Scandinavian Excursion – Onto Oslo – the Capital of Norway
After a buffet breakfast, check out and embark on Norway’s most popular trip ‘Norway in a Nutshell’. A combination of impressive trips by bus, boat and spectacular train rides. Proceed to Gudvangen and on arrival, embark on an enchanting boat ride into the Naeroyfjord – an UNESCO’s World Heritage area, one of the narrowest fjords in Europe and surrounded by towering mountains. The trip takes you through some of Norway’s most beautiful fjord scenery and arrives into the picturesque village of Flam, situated innermost in the Aurlandsfjord. After local lunch, board your train on the Flam railway line, a masterpiece of engineering set amidst wild and wonderful scenery. Enjoy the views of huge mountains and thundering waterfalls as the train passes through the Flam valley and arrives at Myrdal. Later, board your coach and drive to Oslo – the capital of Norway.

Day 05 – Oslo – Guided City Tour – Holmenkollen Ski Jump – Visit the Vigeland Sculpture Park

Later proceed on our city tour, drive past the City Hall, the House of Parliament, the Royal Palace and the majestic Akershus fortress. Visit the magnificent and unique Vigeland Sculpture Park and Karl Johan Street. Norway is often called the ‘Cradle of Skiing’. Encounter this when you visit the Holmenkollen Ski Jump and admire the dizzying panorama. Enjoy these sights and many more on your guided tour.

DAY 06 Oslo – Drive to Karlstad – Onto Stockholm – the Capital of Sweden
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Karlstad. On arrival, enjoy local lunch. Karlstad is situated on the river delta where Sweden’s longest river, Klarälven, runs into Sweden’s largest lake, Vänern. It is reputed to be one of the sunniest towns in Sweden and hence the symbol for Karlstad is a happy sun. Later, drive to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, often called the Venice of the North due to its numerous canals and waterways. The city offers many interesting cafes and restaurants and has become an Eldorado for shoppers.Check-In to the hotel.

DAY 07 Stockholm – Guided city tour – Ride the Sky View – Visit the Fjällgatan viewpoint – Visit the City Hall and Vasa Museum

Next, see the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Old Town, Kings Garden and many more interesting sights. DAY 08 Visit the Drottningholm Palace – Onto Tallink Silja – Cruise across the Baltic Sea
After a buffet breakfast, check out and visit the Drottningholm Palace – a former Royal summer residence and today home to the Swedish Royal Family. The palace contains magnificent rooms dating back to the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, beautiful Baroque Park, Palace Theatre, Chinese Pavilion, etc. Enjoy Indian lunch. Later, board the ‘Tallink Silja Line’ on your overnight cruise. Cruise across the Baltic Sea and through the Swedish archipelago to Helsinki. Tonight, enjoy a Scandinavian buffet dinner on board the cruise. Later, you can dance the night away in the nightclub, linger in the various shops as you enjoy the night on this cruise.

It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.
In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Discontinuation of tour due to any personal emergency: No refund for unutilised services
NOTE
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
