Day 01: Arrive Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Today, begin your beautiful journey of Cambodia & Vietnam with Airtours Holidays. After clearing
immigration and customs at Phnom Penh Airport your Tour Manger will receive you outside the
arrival area. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs).

Day 02: Guided tour of Phnom Penh – On to Siem Reap
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and embark on a guided city tour. See the Independence
Monument, Royal Palace (built in 1866), and the Silver Pagoda, that takes its name after the 5000
silver tiles that cover the floor. The Pagoda houses a solid gold Buddha statue and an emerald
encrusted Buddha Statue. Stop by Wat Phnom Temple for city views. Enjoy a local lunch before
driving to Siem Reap.

Day 03: Full day tour of Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat
After buffet breakfast, begin your tour of the Angkor area. Visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom
with its iconic stone-carved faces, Bayon Temple, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant
Terrace, and Terrace of the Leper King. Explore the grand Angkor Wat, a 12th-century marvel
spanning 210 hectares, with its galleries, courtyards, and reflecting ponds. Stop by at Ta Prohm,
where massive trees and roots intertwine with ancient ruins. Later, enjoy a local lunch.

Day 04: Chong Khneas – Tonle Sap Lake – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon – Vietnam
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, 10 km from Siem
Reap. Enjoy a traditional boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, one of Asia’s largest. Then visit "Les
Artisans d'Angkor," where young Cambodians are trained in traditional art of stone and wood
sculptures. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, transfer to the airport for your flight to Saigon, Vietnam. On
arrival, transfer to the hotel and check-in.

Day 05: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – City Sightseeing
After a buffet breakfast, explore the highlights of the city. Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200 km
underground network used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnamese War. Enjoy a local lunch, later
visit the Mariamman Hindu Temple and the Sri Thendayutthapani Temple. See the Reunification
Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office.

Day 06: Saigon – My Tho – Flight to Da Nang – Hoi An
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and transfer to the outskirts of Saigon to tour the beautiful
countryside. Start at the tourist boat station (My Tho), from where you will be cruising on the River
Tien (Mekong) to see four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix. Visit the floating market
and fish-craft village along River Tien. Stop at Thoi Son Island and take a rowing boat to soak in
the country side. Visit a honey-bee farm and enjoy honey-tea. Stop at Phoenix Island to visit
Coconut Monk Temple and Crocodile-pond. Enjoy a local lunch. Thereafter, transfer to the airport
for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, drive to Hoi An and check-into your hotel.

Day 07: Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An
After a buffet breakfast, drive to My Son Sanctuary, a historic site of Champa temples set in a
scenic valley. Once used for royal ceremonies and burials, it’s one of Southeast Asia’s key Hindu
temple complexes, with impressive ancient ruins still standing. After a local lunch, explore Hoi An’s
heritage sites including a traditional Family Chapel, the Japanese Covered Bridge (built in 1593),
Fukien Assembly Hall, the Ceramic Museum, and Chua Ong Temple.

Day 08: Hoi An – Ba Na Hills – On to Hue
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and visit Marble Mountain, a cluster of limestone hills
representing the five elements (Kim – metal; Moc – wood; Thuy – water; Hoa – fire; Tho – earth).
Then ride the cable car to Ba Na Hills. Stop at By Night Station to explore Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh
Ung Pagoda, and old French villas. Continue to Nui Chua Mountain to see Nginh Phong Top, Le
Nim Villas, and the Orchid Garden. Later take Vietnam’s only funicular to visit the Debay Wine
Cellar and Le Jardin D’Amour. Walk along the iconic Golden Bridge for stunning views of Da Nang.
Enjoy a local lunch. Thereafter drive to Hue. On arrival Explore Dong Ba Market.

Day 09: Hue – Guided City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, take a boat trip on Perfume River. Later, visit Hue’s best-known religious
site, Thien Mu pagoda and the Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc – one of the most beautiful works of
royal architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty. Enjoy a local lunch. Then visit the Imperial Citadel from
where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. Evening free at leisure.

Day 10: Hue – Flight to Hanoi – Guided City tour of Hanoi – Enjoy the Water Puppet show
After buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon
arrival at Noi Bai International airport, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Enjoy a local lunch. Later
visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology highlighting the 54 officially recognised ethnic groups. See
the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple. In the evening, enjoy a Water
Puppet Performance.

Day 11: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Hanoi
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, embark on scenic drive through the green fields and villages to Hoa
Lu, the 11th century capital of Vietnam. Visit the Dinh & Le Dynasty temples and learn about
Vietnam’s war with China. Enjoy a local lunch. Later take a boat ride along a canal through rice
fields and caves (Hang Ca, Hang 2, and Hang 3). Return to the hotel.

Day 12: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Cruise
After breakfast, check-out and drive to the pier. At the pier board a high speed boat that will take
you to the Ha Long Bay Cruise. Enjoy a local lunch, as the the cruise sails towards Lan Ha Bay.
Enjoy a scenic journey along the Bay's rock formations and floating villages. Later visit Ba Trai Dao
area and explore the Dark and Bright caves (weather permitting). Return to the cruise for a sunset
party. Thereafter enjoy a traditional Vietnamese buffet dinner. The evening’s entertainment
includes fishing and karaoke.
Overnight on the cruise in Ha Long Bay (B, LL, LD)

Day 13: Ha Long Bay – Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay – Hanoi
Wake up early for a Tai Chi session as the sun rise over Lan Ha Bay. Later enjoy a buffet breakfast
while sailing along the bay. Enjoy a local brunch on board as the cruise heads towards the t Tuan
Chau Harbor. Disembark from the cruise and drive to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, check-into your
hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Cost of international air tickets
Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in
the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on
a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will
be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of accommodation &
entrances for the revised dates. Kindly also note, the deviation request should be made at the time
of booking the tour.
Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group
arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to all tour group members while booking the tour,
there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from
tour to tour.
Medical/ Travel insurance.
Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, food and
beverages that are not part of the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay
channels, cruise to shore excursions and any type of beverages during the cruise etc.
Anything not specifed under inclusions.
Meals other than those mentioned in your itinerary
Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the clients, other
than that mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover
you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in
other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality
while on tour.
BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-
refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks,
train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services
indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit
from you for booking the tour.
• In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded , even in case of any
emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
• We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any
eventuality.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED:
All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In
case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling
on another departure date.
Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot
be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not
calculated individually.
Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and
one of them cancels the tour.
Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we
strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is
not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and
any situation arising out of delay in granting visas by the authorities has to be sorted by the clients.
In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-
event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and
necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will
be no refund for any unutilized services.
Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule
by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel
rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for
the same.
Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident,
death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide
assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train,
plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause
whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion
advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are
travelling to.
There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all
the other services will remain the same.
If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their
discretion.

The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any
reason.
All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable.
In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cruise cost paid will be
forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or
cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
