Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Athens
Today, begin your beautiful journey of with Airtours Holidays. Upon arrival at Athens airport, you will be met by your Tour Manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Transfer to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.). The remainder of the day is at leisure to discover the ancient wonders of this city known as the cradle of Western Civilization and the birthplace of democracy.
Day 02: Athens – Guided city tour – Visit Acropolis and Acropolis Museum
After a buffet breakfast, explore Athens on a guided city tour. Visit the Acropolis, the ancient architectural masterpiece built during the Golden Age of Athens, and then explore the new Acropolis Museum, a striking modern building at the base of the monument where many of the original statues from the Acropolis are displayed. Continue on to see the Panathenaic Stadium, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus, and Hadrian's Arch, built to celebrate the arrival of the Roman Emperor Hadrian. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive past Constitution Square, and Athens Trilogy: the University of Athens, the Academy of Athens, and the National Library. Also see the National Garden, St. Paul’s Church, the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and more.
Day 03: Athens – Delphi - Onto Kalambaka
After a buffet breakfast, check out, and drive to Delphi. On arrival, explore the UNESCO-listed archaeological site of Delphi and learn how the city was considered the ‘Center of the World’ in ancient Greece. Stand in awe before the dramatically situated Temple of Apollo, then discover long-lost wonders at the Delphi Archaeological Museum, including the Charioteer of Delphi and the Sphinx of Naxos. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Kalambaka. On arrival, check into your hotel.
Day 04: Kalambaka - Meteora - Visit Rock Monasteries - Onto Olympia
After a buffet breakfast, check out and visit Meteora with its impressive scenery, ageless monasteries suspended between earth and sky. Visit the monasteries of Great Meteoron and Varlaam, perched atop towering sandstone formations, which for centuries provided truly inaccessible retreats for the monks inside the Byzantine Monasteries see priceless historical and religious treasures. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Olympia and check into your hotel.
Day 05: Olympia - Guided City Tour – Onto Athens
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Olympia stadium and museum. In the western Peloponnese, in the "Valley of Gods", lies the most celebrated sanctuary of ancient Greece and the birthplace of the most important athletic mega-event of all times, the Olympic Games. At ancient Olympia standing the impressive ruins of the area where athletes trained and ran. Visit the museum and see some sculptures such as the sculpted decoration of the temple of Zeus - one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the famous Hermes of Praxiteles and the statue of Nike of Paionios. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, drive to Athens and check into your hotel.
Day 06: Athens - Onto Santorini - Fira
After a buffet breakfast, check out and transfer to Athens Airport to board the flight to Santorini. Arrive at the beautiful island of Santorini, with its sapphire blue water, snow-white architecture, and multi- coloured cliffs, considered one of the world's most enchanting getaways. Later, Free time for leisure. Enjoy a local lunch. Later embark on a walking tour of Fira
Day 07: Full day Santorini Island tour - Oia
After a buffet breakfast, see the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 567 meters above sea level. From there you will enjoy a panoramic view of the whole island. Thereafter transfer to the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian Castle. The village is one of the highest points of the Island and the view is amazing - overlooking the Northwest part of Santorini. Drive to Megalochori, one of the most traditional villages on the island. Stroll through the narrow streets and admire the traditional architecture. Later, visit the archaeological excavation site of ancient Akrotiri, a former Bronze Age settlement located on the southwest of the island. Explore the ancient city that was frozen in time after a volcanic eruption 3,600 years ago. Enjoy a local lunch. Transfer to the traditional village of Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top. Oia hosts the most magnificent views of Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other; leads to this attractive village typical of Santorini’s architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. Witness a beautiful sunset.
Day 08: Santorini - Athens
After a boxed/buffet breakfast, check out and transfer to board the speed ferry from Santorini to Athens. On arrival, enjoy a light local lunch. Thereafter, transfer to your hotel. The evening is free at leisure to shop and explore.
Day 09: Athens - fly to Istanbul - Enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise
After buffet / boxed breakfast checkout and transfer to Athens Airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival embark on a cruise along the Bosphorus, along the shores there is a delightful mix of the past and the present, as well as the grand splendour and quaint beauty of the ancient wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses and small fishing villages. Later check-in to your hotel.
Day 10: Onto Cappadocia - See Zelve - Pasabag Valley and Uçhisar Citadel (from outside)
After a boxed/buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Kayseri. On arrival at Kayseri Airport, drive to the Cappadocia region. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Zelve (Pasabag) to see the Fairy Chimneys. Zelve is an abandoned village that existed until a short time ago. Also see Uçhisar, which is situated on the edge of Göreme Historical National Park, dominated by a 60-metre-high castle mountain, which is visible over a wide distance and has the form of a large cylindrical tower. Later check-in to your hotel.
Day 11: Cappadocia - Carpet & Pottery Atelier - Özkonak Underground City- See the Pigeon Valley and Avanos
After a buffet breakfast, visit a pottery atelier and experience a pottery making demonstration. After a local lunch, visit Özkonak Underground City. Later, see Pigeon Valley and Avanos Town. Also visit a Carpet Handcraft center.
Day 12: Visit Ephesus - See Şirince Village - Onto Kuşadası
After a boxed/buffet breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to İzmir. On arrival, drive towards Kuşadası. En route at Ephesus, visit the House of the Virgin Mary. Continue your journey through Ephesus and see the ruins of Odeon, Hercules' Gate, the mostly intact Greco-Roman Theatre at Panayir Hill and Basilica of St John. After a local lunch, see Şirince Village on top of a hill. Arrive Kuşadası and check-in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure.
Day 13: Visit Pamukkale Cotton Fortress - See City of Hierapolis - Onto İzmir
After a boxed/buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Pamukkale for a full-day tour. Visit Pamukkale Cotton Fortress with its travertines. Later, see the ancient city of Hierapolis, that is home to the Necropolis with about 1,200 tombs. Later Enjoy a local lunch. Later return to the hotel.
Day 14: Kuşadası - Onto Istanbul - Guided city tour - Hagia Sophia - Hippodrome
After a buffet breakfast, check out and transfer to the İzmir airport for your flight to Istanbul. Arrive Istanbul. Enjoy a local lunch. Later visit Hagia Sophia (closed on Mondays), the Byzantine Hippodrome, in which stands the Obelisk brought from Egypt by Theodosius and the Serpent Column brought from Delphi by Constantine.Tonight enjoy an Indian dinner
Day 15 : Guided city tour- Visit Topkapı Palace - Grand Bazaar - Blue Mosque - Spice Market
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a full day city tour of Istanbul. Start with the Topkapı Palace(closed on tuesday), an Ottoman ruler’s palace complex. Thereafter visit the famous Grand Bazaar (closed on Sunday) dating back to the 15th century. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Enjoy a local lunch. Also visit the Blue Mosque (closed to visit on Friday morning due to Friday prayers), which has five main domes, six minarets and eight secondary domes. Visit the Spice Market. Later return to the hotel
Day 16: Farewell!
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to Istanbul airport for your flight back home.

- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Cost of visas to travel on the tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise shore excursion and any type of beverages in cruise etc. Anything not specified under inclusions.

Visa Requirements
USA & Canadian Passport holders : EES (Entry Exit System) & ETIAS ( European Travel Information and Authorization System) for EU/Schengen Countries will be implemented from January 2026. US and Canadian passport holders are required to register for the same before travel.
Indian Passport with Green Card :Schengen Tourist Visa Required

Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.

- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
