Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Dublin
Arrive at Dublin airport where you will be met by your tour manager
at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Then check-in to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.)
Day 02: Dublin - Powerscourt Garden and Powerscourt Waterfall - Dublin
After a buffet breakfast, visit the Powerscourt Gardens on the
ancient route of Ireland. Marvel at the sublime blend of formal gardens, sweeping terraces, statues and ornamental lakes, secret hollows, rambling walks. Visit Powerscourt Waterfall, a 121-metre high waterfall, situated at the base of the Glensoulan Valley on the River Dargle near Enniskerry in County Wicklow. Later, enjoy a local lunch. Return to Dublin where you have the evening free at leisure.
Day 03: Dublin - Trinity College – Guided tour of Dublin - Guinness Storehouse - Waterford
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Trinity College – Book of Kells, located in the heart of Dublin City. A walk through the cobbled stones of Trinity College will bring visitors back to the 18th century, when the magnificent Old Library building was constructed, and which displays the Book of Kells. Later, proceed on a guided tour of Dublin. Enjoy an Indian lunch. In the evening, visit the Guinness Storehouse which explains the history of Guinness. Later, drive to Waterford, an ancient Viking city founded in 914 AD.
Day 04: Waterford – Blarney - Killarney
After a buffet breakfast, check out and visit the Waterford Crystal Factory where you may find exciting crystal-ware and collectibles to bring back home. Enjoy a local lunch. Later visit, Blarney Castle renowned for its magical Kissing Stone – said to grant you the “Gift of the Gab”. Later, check-in at the hotel.
Day 05: Killarney - Adare - Cliffs of Moher - Galway
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Adare. Take a photo-stop at the quaint village of Adare to see its pretty thatched cottages. Proceed to Cliffs of Moher. Embark on a cruise from Doolin to Cliffs of Moher. Enjoy a local lunch. Later proceed to Galway. On arrival enjoy an orientation tour of the cosmopolitan city that prospered due to the maritime trade passing through its shores.
Day 06: Galway - Belfast - Giant's Causeway - Belfast
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Belfast, the capital city of Northern Ireland. Upon arrival enjoy a local lunch. Later, proceed to the Giant's Causeway, flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs. Drive back to Belfast. Check in to the hotel.
Day 07: Belfast - City Tour - Ferry to Glasgow - Glasgow
After a buffet breakfast, check out. Proceed to visit the Titanic Belfast Museum, a visitor attraction and a monument to Belfast’s maritime heritage, built on the site of the former Harland & Wolff shipyard. The renowned RMS Titanic was built here. Later, proceed on a guided city tour of Belfast. See the Belfast City Hall, an architectural masterpiece known for its grand exterior and stunning green spaces. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, board the ferry to Cairn Ryan, Scotland. Experience the cold wind as you sail along the Northern Irish Sea that has shaped the rugged coastline of Scotland and Ireland for centuries. Upon arrival drive to Glasgow. Enjoy an Indian dinner and check-in.
Day 08: Glasgow - Onto Inverness - Loch Ness Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Inverness. Experience a local lunch en route. Make the most of the scenic drive, taking in as much of Scotland's natural beauty and the ever-dramatic landscape of the Highlands. Stop at Loch Ness. At 56 sq. kms, Loch Ness is the second-largest Scottish loch by surface area after Loch Lomond, but due to its great depth it is the largest by volume in Great Britain. The loch contains more water than all the lakes in England and Wales combined, and is the largest body of water in the Great Glen, which runs from Inverness in the north to Fort William in the south. Later, drive to Inverness.
Day 09: Inverness - Excursion to Isle of Skye - Eilean Donan Castle
After a buffet breakfast, proceed to Isle of Skye. With soaring mountains, crashing waterfalls and blazing sunsets, the Isle of Skye is Scotland’s biggest tourist destination after Edinburgh - attracting both domestic and international visitors. Apart from the incredible scenery the Isle of Skye, or ‘Cloud Island’ in Old Norse, is the largest of the Inner Hebrides and the second-largest of Scotland’s islands, making it a great destination for a quintessential Scottish holiday. On arrival begin your tour of Skye with a local guide. After a local lunch, drive to Eilean Donan Castle - one of the most recognised castles in Scotland, and one of the most popular visitor attractions in the Highlands. The castle that visitors enjoy so much today was reconstructed as a family home between 1912 and 1932 by Lt Col John MacRae-Gilstrap, and incorporated much of the ruins from a massive destruction in 1719. Return to Inverness
Day 10: Inverness - Edinburgh - Visit Scotch Distillery - Onto Glasgow - Orientation Tour
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Edinburgh. Enjoy local lunch en route. Upon arrival visit a Scotch Distillery and see how the renowned Scotch whiskey is distilled. Drive to Glasgow and proceed on an Orientation tour.
Day 11: Glasgow - Edinburgh City Tour - Visit Edinburgh Castle - Glasgow
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Edinburgh and proceed on an
guided city tour. See the Waverley Bridge, Grass Market, Lawn Market, John Knox House, Queen Mary’s Bath House, Old Royal High School, St. Andrew Square, See the Royal Mile where the old medieval houses are clustered. Enjoy local lunch. Visit the Edinburgh Castle to see the Scottish Crown Jewels, the delightful St. Margaret’s Chapel, the Stone of Destiny on which previous Scottish Monarchs were crowned and many other historic sites. Drive to Glasgow.
Day 12: Glasgow - Lake District - Cruise on Lake Windermere - On to Coventry
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Lake Windermere - England’s largest lake - in the heart of the Lake District. On arrival, board a ferry to see magnificent views of mountain sceneries, secluded bays, and the many wooded islands. Enjoy a local lunch. Drive to Coventry. Later check-in to the hotel.
Day 13: Coventry - Stratford-Upon-Avon – Visit Shakespeare’s birthplace - Oxford - On to London
After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed on your journey towards Stratford-Upon-Avon, one of England’s most historic and vibrant towns. It is the hometown of the famous playwright and poet William Shakespeare. After a local lunch, drive to Oxford. Stroll through the scenic cobbled streets and get acquainted with the historic city. See the colleges of Oxford University, the oldest university in the English-speaking world. Later drive to London.
Day 14: London - Visit Stonehenge - London - Orientation Tour
After breakfast, transfer to Stonehenge. Sitting atop rugged Salisbury Plain, the 5,000-year-old Stonehenge monument is one of Britain’s most intriguing landmarks. Enjoy a local lunch. Return to London and proceed on an orientation tour.
Day 15: Farewell!
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to airport for your flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your tour.

- Cost of international air tickets
- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of accommodation & entrances for the revised dates. Kindly also note, the deviation request should be made at the time of booking the tour.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to all tour group members while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, food and beverages that are not part of the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise to shore excursions and any type of beverages during the cruise etc.

Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.
- Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed Cancellation Policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
