Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Warsaw - Guided City Tour
Today, begin your beautiful journey of East Europe with Airtours Holidays. After clearing immigration and customs at Warsaw Airport your Tour Manger will receive you outside the arrival area. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs). Later, embark on a city tour with an experienced local guide. See the Old Town, Royal Castle, King Sigismund’s Column, Market Square, Warsaw Barbican and other sights. Thereafter, visit the Palace of Culture & Science.
Day 02: Warsaw - Onto Krakow - Guided City Tour
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and drive to Krakow. Embark on a city tour with an experienced local guide. After a local lunch, see the Main Market Square including St. Mary’s Basilica and the Sukiennice Cloth Hall, Wawel Royal Castle, the National Art Museum, The Royal Sigismund Bell, and the medieval St. Florian’s Gate with the Barbican along the Royal Coronation Route.
Day 03 : Krakow - Guided Tour of Auschwitz Concentration Camp
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Auschwitz. Experience a walking tour of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. It is the largest of the concentration camps operated by the Nazis at the height of World War II. Auschwitz consisted a complex of over 40 concentration and extermination camps during the Holocaust in occupied Poland. After a local lunch, return to Krakow. Evening at leisure.
Day 04 : Krakow - Wieliczka - Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine - Onto Bratislava
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Wieliczka. Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The salt mine itself begins at a depth of 64 metres below the surface of the earth and stretches to a depth of 135 metres. The mine is made up of over 20 chambers. The world’s largest mining museum situated inside the mine houses unique centuries-old mining equipment among its exhibits. After a local lunch, drive to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
Day 05 : Bratislava – Guided City Tour - Onto Budapest
After a buffet breakfast, check out and embark on a city tour of Bratislava with an experienced local guide. See Bratislava Castle, the Primate's Palace and the Slavín Monument. Walk through the Old Town to see Istropolitana- the first university in Slovakia founded in 1465, St. Michael’s Gate, St. Martin’s Cathedral (where coronations were performed), the Old Town Hall and the Opera House. Also see the Slovak Radio Building - popularly known as the Upside Down Pyramid. After a local lunch, drive to Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
Day 06 : Budapest – Guided City Tour - Visit Buda Castle - River Danube Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, embark on a city tour with an experienced local guide. See the Heroes' Square, the Parliament Building, Széchenyi Chain Bridge and other sights, before visiting Buda Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built in the 13th Century. Enjoy a local lunch. Later in the evening enjoy a cruise along the River Danube.
Day 07 : Budapest - Onto Zagreb - Guided City Tour
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later, embark on a city tour of Zagreb with an experienced local guide. Visit the Trg Bana Jelačića - Zagreb’s central square. See Zagreb Cathedral, the Hrvatski Sabor (Croatian Parliament), the Ban's Court (Presidential Palace), and the 13th century St. Mark’s Church - which sports a multi-coloured tiled roof designed in 1880.
Day 08 : Zagreb - Visit Plitviče Lakes National Park - Onto Ljubljana
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to the beautiful Plitviče Lakes National Park, the largest of the Croatian National Parks and one of the most visited attractions in Croatia. Experience a guided tour of the park. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
Day 09 : Ljubljana - Guided City Tour - Visit Bled
After a buffet breakfast, embark on a city tour of Ljubljana with an experienced local guide. Ljubljana, the city of 'Vine and Wine’ is named after River Ljubljanica that runs through the city. Walk along Prešeren Square to see the Fountain, the Triple Bridge, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Dragon Bridge. Visit the medieval Ljubljana Castle. After a local lunch, visit the alpine resort of Bled - which ranks amongst the most beautiful alpine resorts in the world, renowned for its mild climate and healing thermal water. Board the 'Pletna' boat to visit the Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary situated on Bled Island. Legend has it that ringing the church bell will grant you your wish.
Day 10 : Ljubljana - Onto Vienna
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Vienna, the capital of Austria. Enjoy a local lunch en route. Evening at leisure.
Day 11 : Vienna - Guided City Tour - Onto Prague
After a buffet breakfast, check out and embark on a city tour of Vienna with an experienced local guide. Visit the Schönbrunn Palace, see the various chambers of the palace and the beautiful gardens. Also, see the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Hofburg Palace and many more sights. Enjoy a local lunch. Later drive to Prague, the capital of Czech Republic.
Day 12 : Prague - Guided City Tour - Visit Prague Castle - River Vltava Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, embark on a city tour of Prague with an experienced local guide. Visit Prague Castle and walk through its courtyard; visit St. Vitus Cathedral - the primary church of the castle, and the Golden Lane to see the brightly coloured houses lined along the castle wall. Later, see the Astronomical Clock adorning the Town Hall, and walk along the renowned Charles Bridge. Enjoy a local lunch. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a cruise along the River Vltava.
Day 13 : Prague - Dresden - Guided City Tour - Onto Berlin
After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Dresden which was destroyed during World War II and later restored to its original 18th Century glory. Upon arrival in Dresden embark on a city tour with an experienced local guide. Stroll through Dresden’s Theatre Platz and see the Semperoper. Later, visit Zwinger Palace. After a local lunch, drive to Berlin, the capital of Germany.
Day 14 : Berlin - Guided City Tour - Berlin Tower
After a buffet breakfast, embark on a city tour of Berlin with an experienced local guide. See the remains of the Berlin Wall, the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag – the German Parliament Building. Walk around Alexander Platz in the city centre and see the World Clock. After a local lunch, visit the Berlin TV Tower. Evening at leisure.
Day 15: Farewell!
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check out and proceed to Berlin airport for your flight back home.

- Cost of International air tickets
- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Cost of visas to travel on the tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise shore excursion and any type of beverages in cruise etc. Anything not specified under inclusions.
- Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’

Visa Requirements
USA & Canadian Passport holders : EES (Entry Exit System) & ETIAS ( European Travel Information and Authorization System) for EU/Schengen Countries will be implemented from January 2026. US and Canadian passport holders are required to register for the same before travel.
Indian Passport with Green Card :Schengen Tourist Visa Required

Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.
- Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed Cancellation Policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
