Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Barcelona – Spain – Enjoy a Flamenco show
Arrive Barcelona – the vibrant Commercial Centre of Spain! Meet your Tour Manager in the arrival’s area and board your waiting coach and driver to your hotel for check-in.
In the evening enjoy the Flamenco show.
Day 02: Barcelona - Guided city tour - Visit Sagrada Familia & Casa Mila
After buffet breakfast, join an English speaking guide for a city tour
of Barcelona. Visit the magnificent Sagrada Familia - a massive Roman Catholic Basilica and Gaudi’s masterpiece. The sight of this masterpiece is nothing short of dramatic. Next, visit the Casa Mila - an expressionist and unconventional apartment block created by Gaudi. It breaks traditional architecture by not using a single straight line. After a local lunch, visit Les Ramblas - the bustling city centre and enjoy some time at leisure, exploring the stylish and exclusive shopping areas of this great city.
Day 03: Barcelona - Onto Madrid - Real Madrid Bernabéu Stadium
Enjoy buffet breakfast in the hotel. check-out and drive to the
railway station to catch the high-speed train to Madrid. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later visit, Real Madrid Bernabeu stadium, one of the world’s most famous football venues. Later, check-into your hotel.
Day 04: Madrid - Guided city tour
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a city tour with an English speaking local guide. Visit the Royal Palace - considered to be one of the finest palaces in Europe. Visit the Prado Museum - the quality and variety of its collection makes the Prado Museum one of a kind marvel. After a local lunch, proceed on an orientation tour of this city an see stunning sights like the Plaza de Espana, Sabatini Garden, Cervantes Statue, the Parliament and many more interesting sights. The evening is at leisure to explore the various shopping arcades.
Day 05: Madrid - Drive to Granada - Guided City Tour
After buffet breakfast, check-out and embark on a guided
tour of Alhambra Castle and Generalife Gardens. In Alhambra - The Red Palace, visit the numerous halls, chambers, bedrooms, baths, summer-rooms, etc. and marvel at the Moorish architecture and decoration dating from 1320 onwards. Later, continue to the Generalife - a place of leisure and recreation for the Moorish Kings of Granada, its beautiful gardens stand out with their abundant and varied flora and stunning water features, described in one poem as ‘water that cries’. After a local lunch, proceed to Malaga. Enjoy an orientation tour of Malaga and stroll along the promenade.
Day 06: Granada - Guided tour of Alhambra and Generalife Gardens - Malaga

Day 07: Malaga - Drive to Cordoba - Guided city tour - On to Seville
After a buffet breakfast check-out, drive to Cordoba –
an emblem of the tolerance and comprehension for many centuries among three religions i.e. Jewish, Christian and Muslim. Proceed on a guided tour including a visit to the ‘Mezquita’ - Great Mosque of Cordoba which is now the cathedral of Cordoba and a UNESCO world Heritage Site. Also, visit Jewish Quarters - its medieval streets have a distinctly Moorish flair, reminiscent of the Jew’s prosperity under the Caliphate of Cordoba. After local lunch, proceed to Seville. On arrival at Seville, check-into your hotel.
Day 08: Seville - Guided city tour
After a buffet breakfast, join an English speaking local guide for your city tour of Seville. Visit the Cathedral of Seville - the largest place of worship in Spain, and the third largest cathedral in the Christian world. Visit the Giralda Tower - the bell tower of the Cathedral of Seville and one of three remaining Almohad minarets in the world. After local lunch, visit the Royal Palace which is considered to be the most complete example of this so-called Mudéjar architecture in Spain. Next, visit the Maria Luisa Park - a paradisiacal half mile of palms and orange trees, elms and Mediterranean pines and the spectacular Plaza de Espana.
Day 09: Seville - Depart for Porto –River Douro Cruise
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and drive to Porto On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later board a cruise on River Douro to get a different point of view of Porto.
Day 10: Porto – Guided City tour – Visit Clerigos Church – Visit a winery
After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided tour of Porto. Visit Clerigos church, see the Clerigos tower, the Liberdade Square and more. Enjoy a local lunch. Later, visit a winery with a cellar tour and wine tasting.
Day 11: Porto – Drive to Lisbon - Guided city tour
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and drive to Lisbon. On arrival, enjoy a local lunch. Later join an English-speaking local guide for a tour of this legendary city. Visit the Jeronimo’s Monastery - one of the great triumphs of European Gothic architecture (UNESCO has classified it as a World Heritage monument), which also houses Vasco da Gama’s tomb. See impressive sites like Rossio Square, Commercio Square, Marques de Pombal Square, Belem tower and much more. Later, visit the Padroa Monument – also known as the ‘Discoveries’ monument. Here, take an elevator to the top for a bird’s eye view of Lisbon.
Day 12: Lisbon - Visit Sintra and see Cascais
After a buffet breakfast, drive to Sintra – Portugal’s fairytale town on the edge of Europe. On arrival, proceed on a guided tour with a visit to Palacio Nacional de Sintra. Marvel at the elements of Gothic, Mudejar, Manueline and Renaissance architecture, the wonderful Azulejos (coloured glazed tiles) from the 15th and 16th Centuries in various halls and patios, and in the Royal Chapel. Continue your guided tour and see the Seteais Palace – now a hotel, the town Hall, Modern Art Museum and many more interesting sights. After local lunch, drive to Cascais – once a tiny fishing village and now an elegant holiday beach resort. Enjoy free time for shopping at the small shops and roadside stalls offering typical embroidery and lace, to high fashion designer products. Later, drive back to Lisbon and afterwards you have some time at leisure.
Day 13: Farewell!
After boxed/buffet breakfast in the hotel, proceed to the airport
for your flight home or onwards to Marrakech.

Day 13: Onto Marrakech - Morocco
After a buffet/boxed breakfast, check-out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Marrakech, Morocco. (Flight Cost Included) Arrive at Marrakech Airport. After clearing immigration and customs, transfer to Marrakech and check-in to the hotel.
Day 14: Visit Ourika Valley - Enjoy a guided city tour of Marrakech

Berber house and learn about the lives of Morocco’s indigenous inhabitants and walk towards the waterfalls of Setti Fatma. After a local lunch explore the highlights of Marrakech such as the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Minaret, and Majorelle Gardens named after the famous French painter who constructed here his art deco villa and started the botanical gardens. In 1980 it became the residence of Yves Saint Laurent. Later visit famous Djemaa El Fna square.
Day 15: Casablanca - Guided City tour of Casablanca
After a buffet breakfast, check-out and depart for Casablanca. The Economic Capital of Morocco. Upon arrival, enjoy an Indian lunch. Thereafter, embark on a guided tour of the city visit the central market, the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and also visit the Hassan II Mosque. Later, check-into your hotel.
Day 16:Day excursion to Rabat
After a buffet breakfast, explore the capital city of Morocco including the Kasbah of the Oudayas, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower, several museums, art galleries, and markets. Enjoy lunch. Later return to Casablanca
Day 17: Farewell!
After a boxed/buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight home with wonderful memories of your holiday with Airtours!

- Cost of deviation: In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of accommodation & entrances for the revised dates. Kindly also note, the deviation request should be made at the time of booking the tour.
- Cost of Transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to all tour group members while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Medical/ Travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, food and beverages that are not part of the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise to shore excursions and any type of beverages during the cruise etc.

Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Air Tours reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.
- Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed Cancellation Policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Airtours Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
